Description
The equipment consists of 1 pc. HF-gen. 25 kW, 300 kHz for hardening, 1 pc. HF-gen. 15 kW, 600 kHz for tempering, 1 pc. cooling system KS 88.0100-S for cooling of the generators, 1 pc. quenching system for cooling liquid, and 1 pc. PLC-controlled feeding equipment.
The hardening cycle is 5 to 10 sec. The complete system for axe hardening is developed in collaboration between HF Energy AB and ALO Center AB.
