Hardening equipment for axes.
Description

The equipment consists of.

  • 1 pc. HF-gen. 25 kW, 300 kHz for hardening.
  • 1 pc. HF-gen. 15 kW, 600 kHz for tempering.
  • 1 pc. Cooling system KS 88.0100-S, for cooling of the generators.
  • 1 pc. Quenching system for cooling liquid.
  • 1 pc. PLC-controlled feeding equipment.

The hardening cycle is 5 to 10 sec. The complete system for axe hardening is developed in collaboration between HF Energy AB and ALO Center AB
